The pet camera is not compatible with 5GHz wifi. It is designed to work with 2.4GHz wifi only. If you have a dual-band router, we suggest you split the bands and connect the camera to the 2.4GHz network.

You are not required to sign up for cloud services. The camera can capture events (up to 12 seconds) from the past 24 hours. However, if you wish to record longer videos, you can either use a micro SD card or opt for cloud subscription.

To establish a connection, press and hold the reset button until the camera emits a sound and the red light begins to flash. Afterward, attempt to reconnect.

Sure. Keep in mind that you can't log in to the same blurams account on multiple phones at once. Create a new blurams account and share the camera with it. After that, you'll be able to view it on various devices at the same time.
